Ashtanga Vinyasa

Ashtanga is a dynamic practice composed of a highly structured vinyasa-style class. It involves a sequence of asanas coupled with the energetic synchronising of breath and movement. The purpose of ashtanga practice is to purify the mind and body through the production of heat throughout the powerful and fast paced sequence of poses.
