Mixed style yoga classes incorporate ancient techniques and practices. These classes are grounding and balancing as it works with the entire being – the mental, emotional, physical, energetic and soul bodies. These sessions mainly consist of pranayama (breath work), asana (physical postures), Yoga Nidra (yoga sleep) and guided meditation.
Everyone of all abilities are welcome to join in on these classes. No one’s practice is perfect or the same as one another we are all uniquely perfect. SAT NAM.
