Sound has often been used as a tool to awaken the spirit. Experience this traditional vinyasa flow class with an emphasis on mindfulness and coming into the present moment through the experiential vibrations of sound.
Flow through each asana and become immersed in primordial sounds that will calm your being. Unwind at the end of the practice with pranayama (breathing technique) and a sound meditation.
