Combining intuitive eating with conscious living:

During this workshop you will be combining a gentle yoga, suitable for everyone, mindfulness and intuitive eating and setting a new approach to achieve your peak state of being.

You will learn:

  • How to care for your mind, body and spirit
  • How to replace self-criticism with self-nurturing
  • How to use hunger and fullness scale to guide your eating
  • How to resolve stress eating or emotional eating
  • How to move for wellbeing
  • How to regain freedom from worrying about food, body and weight

About the facilitator

Queenie is a yoga instructor, a nutritionist and a massage therapist.

Queenie provides yoga classes and private sessions that are a mix of multistyle yoga and mindful movements. In her class, you can expect a gentle, supported and relaxing practice. She combines her knowledge in anatomy and massage experiences, to create sequences that suit everyone, and work to release knots and trigger points. She has one goal in mind – to enhance wellbeing through a balanced physical, mental and spiritual health. She is certified with Yoga Alliance and was an aerial yoga instructor in Hong Kong.

With an extensive background in nutrition and dietetics, Queenie specialises in intuitive eating and non-diet nutrition. She helps you to build a healthy relationship with food, and lead a happier and healthier life.
