ABOUT THE SPRING FEST

At Peak Wellbeing Restorative Centre, we are honouring October Mental Health Month; through the energies of Spring and encouraging meaningful connection with Self, Environment and Community.

Allow some time to explore options to connect with the three important aspects of a balanced and healthy mind, body and life: Self, Environment and Community at this open Spring Fest.

For Women, Men, Individuals, Couples and Families.

OFFERINGS

Mental health awareness stand:   Packed with information about mental health from various community services providers, including Headspace.

The Veggie Van:   The Veggie Van is operated by a local Husband and Wife team. From approximately 1:30pm, The Veggie Van will be available with healthy, plant based food and freshly made, pure orange juice on offer.

Meet the team:   Ask questions and explore options that you may have been curious about or simply haven't had the time to explore further. Our therapists, coaches, facilitators and yoga teachers will be there to answer questions about services provided and discuss what may be suitable for your individual needs.

Community Bonsai making workshop:   Everything you need to start your instant Bonsai companion is provided. We will guide you from the beginning, step by step to the end result of having your own little Bonsai set in its new pot to grow into. Take your Bonsai home to nurture.

Make and take essential oil roller workshop:  Materials provided - Pure and natural essential oils for anchoring a positive state. Make this delightful treat for yourself or as a meaningful gift.

Therapies space for:   Opportunity to speak with our therapists, who operate from our Centre throughout the working week and also on weekends. Offering you 20 minute sessions which may include; massage, hip and neck alignment, energy medicine, foot joint mobilisation and Vita Flex essential oil treatment.

Yoga sessions:   Opportunity to experience some of the various styles that our unique, fully qualified and experienced yoga facilitators teach at our Centre on a regular basis.

The Spring Fest for Mental Health is being held at the beautiful Japanese and nature inspired surroundings of Peak Wellbeing. A newly renovated warming and welcoming Restorative Centre at 5 Holder Ave, Richmond, SA. Our space provides for wheelchair access and suitable amenities.

🌸ITINERARY FOR YOGA SESSIONS (1 hour sessions @ 1 x session $15,   2 x sessions $25,   3 x sessions $35)

10:00am - Vinyasa Flow with Queenie

11:30am - Ashtanga with Gigi

1:30pm - Ancient Fusion with Cheyenne

 

🌸ITINERARY FOR THERAPIES (20 mins @ $20)

Hip and neck alignment or chair massage with our Remedial Therapist, Coral:  10am, 10:30am, 11am, 11:30am, 12:30, 1pm, 1:30pm

Energy Medicine, essential oil or relaxation massage with Cheyenne:  9:30am, 10am, 10:30am, 11am, 11:30am, 3pm, 3:30pm

Essential oil or relaxation massage with Queenie:   11:30am, 12noon, 12:30, 1pm, 1:30pm, 2pm, 2:30pm, 3pm, 3:30pm

 

🌸ITINERARY FOR COMMUNITY WORKSHOPS

2-3pm   Make a take essential oil roller workshop: (permitted for up to 10 people @ $10 per person)

3:30-4:30pm   Community Bonsai making workshop: (permitted for up to 10 people @ $40 per person)

Please check in via reception to sign in. Santiser is available at reception and is also available at all hand washing stations. We have two bathrooms on site and one is easily accessible for those who need wheelchair access. the grounds are steady and wheelchair friendly.

Main event space is limited to 50 people at a time due to current regulations and to ensure we all stay well. Designated person will be at the gate to maintain numbers permitted. COVID marshal is present to comply with regulations and will be visible if you have any questions.
