Heather is a Coach, specialising in Mind Mastery. Having studied in Universities and worked in Australia and Japan, as well as with various Indigenous cultures, she has integrated learnings into her practice. Jasmine discovered Qi Gong when she was researching ‘How to live a long and healthy life’, in 2016, during her time studying a Bachelor of Finance, Economics and Trade.
It intrigued Jasmine that this practice has been around for 4000 years and is prescribed by Doctors in China as a part of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
After retuning from living in Peru for 8 months, Jasmine decided to undertake Qi Gong instructor training and wants to not only practice this incredible art of self-healing for her own benefit, but share the practice with others.

Joshika has over 15 years experience in delivering corporate leadership programs and working with companies all over the world introducing the benefits of meditation and teaching simple techniques to relax, focus, overcome blocks and achieve goals.
After experiencing the profound benefits of meditation in her own life, Joshika’s intuitive healing powers, coupled with her scientific background led her to delve deep into the ancient Vedic sciences of meditation and self healing.
She has trained with Yogis, Healers and Meditation Gurus at some of India and Nepal’s most reputable schools, Joshika holds workshops and retreats combining Vedic meditation, Yogic philosophies and Sound healing. She offers a serene yet informative experience. Joshika is a certified Yoga and Meditation instructor, Pranic Healer, Ayurvedic consultant and Sound healer.

Sarah studied for approximately 9 years and continues to update her knowledge as a registered practitioner. She has been working in the health and wellness field for over 15 years, first starting out as a beauty and massage therapist having worked in many big name day spas, then later following on to study nutritional medicine to become a Nutritional Medicine Practitioner.
Sarah has a real passion for all things health and wellness. Gut health is her area of expertise and focus area when it comes to nutrition, with the understanding that gut health is the key to overall health. The state of our gut health affects virtually every organ of our body.
Sarah uses a combination of different techniques from Swedish relaxation, deep tissue, and Balinese massage styles to customise the perfect massage for the individual clients needs.

Diving deep into her study of the Yogic Path and its sister science Ayurveda, Haley has a passion for healing and helping others live a happy, healthy, and fulfilled life. Her study of yoga has led her to a deeper understanding of Self as well as the transformational power that yoga can have on a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level.
Haley studied with Shantarasa Yoga Darshana with her teachers Sadhana and Keval, who supported her to develop her skills to share with her community. She specialises in teaching Hatha yoga, Pranayama (Breathwork), Meditation, and enjoys facilitating one on one yoga sessions to assist students in developing a practice that suits their individual needs.
Haley offers a safe, loving space for students to let go, relax, and connect more deeply to the subtle layers of being. Yoga is completely transformational, explore this beautiful practice and heal with Haley.

After graduating from Nursing College in Japan, Takami worked as a nurse in Tokyo for 12 years.
Takami decided to pursue her passion for health and being of service and relocated to Australia where she completed her Bachelor of Nursing, Diploma of Community Services and is nearing the completion of her Remedial Massage Therapist training with formal qualifications.
As Takami continues her work as a Massage Therapist, she is also undertaking other studies in the field of massage and is currently studying Thai Massage techniques.

Jade witnessed the growing levels of stress, anxiety, burn-out and disconnect amongst students and coworkers during her time as a school teacher. This led her towards a Yogic lifestyle in search of balance.
Jade completed 200Hr Hatha Yoga teacher training and is currently studying 300Hr YTT. Currently Jade teaches Hatha Yoga classes and will soon be working with clients one on one.
Jade has a passion for working with people to support them in their own healing journey; in which they are the driving force. She is drawn to not only asana practice but the yogic philosophy that is often overlooked in modern yoga practices.

Van has been a on a journey to holistic health and wellbeing in which she now cultivates her own practice in therapy to help people on their journey.
After many years of awakening she now empowers others by helping them learn new tools in reprograming limiting beliefs, mindset and finding alternative ways in mindfulness, breathwork and meditation.
She is passionate about helping people in all areas of life; including supporting adults & children to connect with their mind, body & spirit through movement and other techniques.
