Cheyenne has always been an intuitive and sensitive individual, drawn to Nature, art, movement, ancient cultures and everything unusual. Her journey for deeper understanding began when she discovered Yoga at the age of 14, she fell in love with the practice instantly and something in her soul whispered ‘yes’. Then at 17 she started her study of Yoga with The Integral Yoga Academy of Australasia, which was a 2 year course.

Cheyenne is now an experienced and dedicated Yoga teacher and Practitioner (700hrs of training). In 2018 she also travelled to India to further her knowledge and experience, learning Hatha Yoga, Kundalini, Vinyasa and Meditation. As well as teaching yoga/movement medicine Cheyenne is a Shamanic healer (she learnt the traditional methods and was given seers and healing rights in Peru 2017) she is also offers intuitive massage working with breathwork and pure essentials in with her sessions.

Cheyenne teaches mixed style yoga classes that incorporate ancient techniques and practices. Her classes are very grounding and balancing as she works with the entire being-the mental, emotional, physical, energetic and soul bodies. These sessions mainly consist of pranayama (breath work) Asana (physical postures) Yoga Nidra (yoga sleep) and guided meditation. Everyone of all abilities are welcome to join in on these classes as Cheyenne gives many alternatives and options. No one’s practice is perfect or the same as one another we are all uniquely perfect.
