Michelle is a yogini, participant of life, experience seeker, and lover of the Universe. She is also a woman, daughter, partner, and friend.

After six years of yoga asana practice, she answered the call and completed her 200 hours yoga teacher training with YogaWorks in Bali, Indonesia. It was during this period that she was introduced to the practice of Yin Yoga, and Roll and Release techniques. Drawn to the traditional Chinese roots and philosophy of Yin Yoga, she pursued and completed 70 hours of medical Qigong, acupressure and Yin Yoga teacher training with the amazing Jo Phee of Yinspiration. She then continued to learn more about self-myofascial release with the use of therapy balls through Jill Miller’s Roll Model® Method with the use of Tune Up® balls.

Michelle’s personal practice has evolved over the years – from a very physical, active style focused on strength building to a slower, much more present, conscious style.

She is passionate about the power of a yoga practice, and supporting others to re-discover their light, just like she did, hers. Her mission is to share this practice for others to tap into the energy within all of us to achieve stillness, light and oneness.
